Objectives

Course learning objectives:

You study sport and well-being development in varying operating environments. You apply and advance your professional competence as a responsible operator in different working groups and networks. Your learning environments primarily include sport, exercise and well-being operators in Rovaniemi and the Lapland region, the development needs of which you strive to meet during your practical training.

You implement your sport and well-being development competence, constantly relying on guidance, and the supervisor/employer of your practical training does not recommend a passing grade.

You expand your sport and well-being development competence in varied operating environments as a responsible operator.

You work passively in development tasks, working groups and networks, with little personal development.

You expand your competence in different tasks, working groups and networks as an active operator.

Your demonstrations are cited listings, recognitions and definitions without a clear personal development orientation.

You reflect, classify and draw conclusions of your own strengths, development needs and those of operating environments utilizing the course demonstrations.
