professional competencies as defined in the curriculum and the placement supervisor/employer recommends the practical training to be approved.
Student is a passive member in development tasks, working groups and networks. His/her conduct is not in accordance with the rules and values of the work community.
Student is an active and goal-oriented member of the development tasks, working groups and networks. He/she acts according to the rules and values of the work community.
Student does not hand in the practical training report or the report is not written according to the Lapland UAS guidelines. The description of the competences on educational or personal level is not adequate. Student has written his/her report according to the guidelines of the Lapland UAS with an appropriate description of the realisation of the practical training and acquired competences on both the curriculum and personal level.
