Objectives

After this module, you know different sourcing models and their appropriateness for the business requirements. You are able to analyze business environment to identify development opportunities and requirements for the ICT solutions.

Pedagogical arrangements

Learning process is organised through a project work and problem solving process. It includes teamwork, team tasks, team coaching, and knowledge acquisition activities in teams and individually.

  • You analyze the business environment of the case company.
  • You identify the development opportunities according to the given development task.
  • You plan ICT solutions in accordance with the business needsof the case company.
  • You take an active part in various stages of the project.

Assessment

The assessment of this course is weighted as follows 80% individual project work, 10% the quailty of group's project outcome, 10% the group's presentation of project outcome. Active communication and participation in the project coaching sessions isrequired from all students.

This skill is assessed based on your activities during the project and the content of groups project documentation, individual project diary and presentations.
