Student is able to perform an international event management project. He/she is able to create an event project plan, to invite speakers and to implement actual inetrnational seminar focusing on encouragement of young innovative entrepreneurship in the Arctic. Part of the seminar is also creative workshops on various entrepreneurship and innovation in the North related topics led by experts.

Pedagogical arrangements

The course consists of introductiory lectures, observation and reflection of an existing event and team work project workshops supervised by teachers and performed independently. Joint seminars for entire group are organised at the initiation phase, planning phase and implementation phase. Final seminar for project result reporting take a place at the end of the course and actual event implementation.
