Student is able to understand the key processes and the life cycle of the project management. He/she is able to understand the key success and failure factors of the project. The student understands the project management as a working method of contemporary organisation. The student is able to define project goals, use problem analysis tools, select the project, create project work breakdown structure, activity plan and budget. He/she is able to compile asimple project plan. International and cross-border project management prospective is incorporated into the course. Student can apply professional communication skills in project work..

Assessment criteria




Student is able to distinguish project management tools create a simple project plan with assistance for a service business case

Student is able to distinguish project management tools, student is able to create a simple project plan independently

Student is able to critically analyse and apply project management tools. He/she is able to create a project plan with required justification based on the research results independently

Pedagogical arrangements

Learning process is organised through the project work and problem solving process. It includes teamwork, team tasks, team tutoring, and knowledge acquisition activities.
