Objectives

Student is able to understand the key processes and the life cycle of the project management. He/she is able to understand the key success and failure factors of the project. The student understands the project management as a working method of contemporary organisation. The student is able to define project goals, use problem analysis tools, select the project, create project work breakdown structure, activity plan and budget. He/she is able to compile asimple project plan. International and cross-border project management prospective is incorporated into the course. Student can apply professional communication skills in project work..
