Objectives

Competence goals

You are able to explain various care and service chains and plan a comprehensive nursing process for a patient. You can describe the mechanisms that give rise to the most common internal illnesses, surgical illnesses, cancers and mental conditions as well as the changes they cause in the body.

You can determine a patient’s need for nursing care by combining and utilising evidence-based information. You can utilise the essential diagnostic examinations and procedures required in clinical nursing as part of a patient’s holistic care. You can plan, implement and assess safe medication. You can utilise multi-professional working group in your work and decision-making and reflect your own work in the various phases of the nursing process. You can utilise various technological applications in the customer and patient care and decision-making.
