Student is able to identify a service problem/gap/opportunity and to plan the service development. Student isable to perform a service development project for an actual customer group/and/or business commissionaire. He/she is able to apply critical thinking identifying basics of business law, financial management and principles of marketing through PBL cases. Student isable to apply project management tools in the context of a cross-border service project case.
Student is able to contribute to solving PBL cases in relations to creating Service Project
Student is able to give a significant input and apply critical thinking in given problem situations during PBL cases and in relations to service project
Student is able to efficiently solve given problems within PBL process and apply gained knowledge and skills creating relevant and justified solutions for given service project case
Learning process is organised through the project work and problem solving process. It includes teamwork, team tasks, team tutoring, and knowledge acquisition activities.

Planning the service product
Implementing actual simple service development project for the comissionnaire or own service business idea
Assessment is based on the process and actual skills and knowledge evaluation.
Grading scale 0(fail) -5(excellent)
The student does not complete the assignments according to instructions or does not attend the learning situations at all. He/she does not pass the assignments and/or the exam as required.
