They are able to recognize the significance of services as an individual product and as a part of an intangible and a tangible product. Students know the service process and culture as well the service environment. They have the ability to measure service quality and develop it with help of the customer feedback. Students learn also the principles of business to business sales and they learn sales technique, which they also apply to practice.
