Objectives

Learning outcome:

Students deepen their knowledge on human resource management in organisational context as well as develop their people management skills. They are able to identify human resource functions of the organisation and methods of implementing them in practice. Students develop and strengthen their team work, people management and leadership skills and are able to effectively perform various team projects. Students are able to effectively manage themselves and others, solve group conflicts, motivate group members and successfully interact in multicultural environment.
