Objectives

To develop a mindset that enables the design and elaboration on the core elements of strategizing

To appreciate the exercises necessary to build successful strategies for an international firm

To understand the complexity of strategizing i a global firm

To be able to acquire the relevant information and competences to construct successful strategies

To practically train relevant tools such as SWOT, TOWS and performance measurement

The student develops her/his skills and attitudes on strategic thinking, planning and management.

The student is able to develop a mindset that enables an interpretation on the core elements of strategizing.

The student is able to use relevant tools of performance measurement.

The student develops her/his competences on strategic thinking, planning and management and is able to apply them in a real-life organization.
