Lectures, workshops, field work, meetings with stakeholders, presentations, reflective learning assignment, participative observation and analysis.

Content

For the student:

* methods of service and experience design in (multi stakeholder) events

* deepening stakeholder thinking in a concrete way (meetings and fieldwork)

* to know and to use co-creation methodology in multi-stakeholder events

* collaboration methods (methodology and theory)

* surveys (of stakeholders)

* innovation techniques in designing an event

* getting to know the creative companies and creative economy

Assessment

Excellent skills

Student has an excellent command of theoretical knowledge and is able to apply it fully in practical learning exercises. Student participates study process actively and shows analytical, reflective and critical approach in all his/her activities. All the assignments are performed according to instruction.

Good skills

Student has a good command of theoretical knowledge and is able to apply it mostly in practical learning exercises. Student participates study process quite actively and shows somewhat analytical, reflective and critical approach in most of his/her activities. All the assignments are performed mostly according to instructions. Satisfactory skills Student has a satisfactory command of theoretical knowledge and is able to apply it only partly or not at all in practical learning exercises. Student participates in study process seldom and shows very little or no analytical, reflective and critical approach in his/her activities. The assignments are not fully performed according to instructions.

Fail

The student does not complete the assignments according to instructions or does not attend the learning situations at all. He/she does not pass the assignments and/or the exam as required.
