The student gets familiar with the working life and various policies of the working place which support his/her knowledge and skills. He/she is able to see his/her duties as part of the operations of the whole organisation. The student knows various parts of the organisation’s operations and is able to work as a member of a team. He/she adopts a positive service attitude as well as shows responsibility and initiative. He/she sees the importance of the training as part of his/her professional development and is able to set goals for it.
